How do I book an appointment?
Simply call, email or fill in the online enquiry form in our website's 'Contact Us' page and we will make your reservations
What do we do if it's raining on the day?
If it's raining on the day of your booking, don't stress! We can still detail your car if you have an undercover car port or garage. Alternatively can bring the car to our garage (Located in Coomera)
If not possible we can always reschedule your booking to the next earliest availability.
Do you need a power point and a tap?
We do need access to a power point & tap, we do not carry a generator or water tank on board.
Do I have to be there at time of appointment?
No, you don't have to be there! Many of our clients leave a key in a pre-arranged spot and once the detail is complete we will contact you.
Can you detail my car at my workplace?
Yes, all we need is enough space to open all the doors, room to park our van and permission from the building manager
Is there an additional charge for pet hair & sand?
Yes. Extra $50 if the vehicle is deemed excessively dirty, every car is different and so are their cleaning needs. If you like, we can spend more time on the interior and less time on the exterior, or vice versa. But we can discuss your specific needs upon arrival.
Should I empty my vehicle before you come?
Before having your vehicle detailed, we ask that you remove all of your personal belongings and valuables from inside the vehicle. If you have baby seats or seat covers, please remove it too if possible. We clean every area of the vehicle such as door pockets, center console, glove box and boot area. This may seem very negligible but it is something we greatly appreciate because it saves us a lot of time and to ensure proper cleaning.
